It would have contained pills for headaches, cough drops, pills for indigestion, and a cream for sunburns etc Its less of a first aid kit and more of a generic medicine cabinet for travel. The tin has some even wear overall but still has nice graphics. The stick figures are fairly amusing and simplistic. Very neat tin. In decent condition. It measures about 6 1 4" by 3 5 8".

This is a great little book with a variety of pictures and some nice short descriptions to stimulate conversation. My main problem with it is that the pages are thin and when my 5 year old used a marker on them, it bled through 3 pages. (These were not particularly potent markers; if anything they were all bit dry and worn out.) Use crayons and you should be fine.
