Northern Heights SCHLEGER/ZERO #3 1939'London Transport Underground Lines No 3. 1939' This edition of the Underground map designed by Hans Schleger (who went under the pseudoynm of "Zero") shows the completion of the Northern line between Archway and East Finchley. Highgate Station is noted as being open 'from summer 1940 only'. On the reverse of the map are two maps of Central London and details of future extensions. The map has an airbrushed background which emphasises the central area.

I just received these for my son. They are very nice and look sturdy, but he hasn't worn them yet, so I cannot speak to how well they hold up in the wash or when worn. They appear to be the right size and look stretchy, but not the kind of stretchy that feels super tight on the foot (which I don't like).
